The Taj & The Tiger post-cruise tour1 December | Disembark Oriana in Mumbai. You will be met by Routes representatives and transferred to the hotel Taj Mahal for lunch, enjoying a brief city tour of Mumbai enroute. Later, transfer to the airport for your flight to Jaipur. Arriving in the evening you'll be met at the airport and transferred to your overnight hotel for dinner. (L, D) | 2 December | Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before leaving for a visit to the Amber Fort, stopping enroute for a brief 10 minutes photo stop at the Hawa Mahal. After lunch back at the hotel you'll leave once again for a city tour of The Pink City - Jaipur, visiting the City Palace, Museum within the palace and the Observatory. Later you'll experience a presentation of Turban & Dupatta, before dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel. (B, L, D) | 3 December | After breakfast depart the hotel for Ranthambore by road (175 KM approx). On arrival at Ranthambore you'll check in to the resort / hotel and have lunch. Experience an afternoon Jungle Safari, then during the evening you'll be given a wildlife presentation by the naturalist before enjoying dinner and an overnight stay at the resort / hotel. (B, L, D) | 4 December | After an early breakfast leave for Agra, visiting the Ghost Town Fateh Pur Sikri along the way. Enroute you'll make a comfort stop at Mahuwa for refreshments (tea/coffee with cookies), before arriving in Agra and checking in to your hotel. Enjoy lunch at the hotel before leaving for a sight seeing tour to the Agra Fort. Later, return to the hotel for dinner. (B, L, D) | 5 December | Enjoy a remarkable early morning visit to the Taj Mahal at the time of sunrise, then return to the hotel for breakfast. You'll have the morning to spend at your leisure, giving you time to explore at your own pace before returning to the hotel for lunch. Leave for Delhi by road (225 Kms approx), enroute enjoying a brief photo stop at Sikandara for about 10 minutes and later a comfort stop at Kosi for refreshments (tea / coffee with cookies). On arrival in Delhi check-in to your hotel before dinner. (B, L, D) | 6 December | After breakfast leave the hotel for a morning city tour and a visit the Bahai Temple & Qutab Minar. Enjoy lunch back to the hotel before leaving for an afternoon city tour of New Delhi. Drive past Parliament house and the President house and visit India Gate and the Humayun’s Tomb. Return to your hotel for dinner. (B, L, D) | 7 December | After breakfast leave the hotel for a city tour of Old Delhi. This tour includes a visit to the Red Fort from outside, Jama Masjid (the Friday Mosque) followed by a Rickshaw ride and visit to Raj Ghat. The afternoon is yours to spend at your leisure, then return to your hotel in time for dinner. Transfer to the international airport and join your return overnight flight back to the UK.
