At Bolsover Cruise Club, we take pride in the high standard of service we deliver and always strive to make the booking process as smooth as possible for our clients, from their initial enquiry right through to their return journey. We're not asking you just to take our word for it, though. We'd like you to consider that we're a multi-award winning agent, and while we're extremely proud of this recognition, we find it even more overwhelming when we receive appreciation from our Cruise Club members themselves. We greatly value the opinion of all our members and always enjoy reading the many letters of appreciation we receive.

Sales Consultant Louise recently booked a Southern Cruise Break for regular Cruise Club members, Mr & Mrs Kelly of Somerset. Having booked several cruises with us previously, we were delighted to once again fulfil the couples' requirements for their cruise holiday in 2010. Subsequently, we received a lovely email of appreciation written by Mr Kelly, as shown below:
"I would appreciate if you could pass on some positive feedback to Louise, one of the cruise consultants, I do believe she has gone the extra mile for customer care.
We had to change cruise dates and she dealt with the situation in a most professional manner. My wife and I were absolutely thrilled as she managed to keep the increased costs from P&O to a minimum.

Booking a Cruise Poem

Mr & Mrs Stothard of Chesterfield, have been loyal members of Bolsover Cruise Club for many years, and after booking their most recent cruise with Sales Consultant Jackie, Mr Stothard decided to put pen to paper and let his creative flair loose! Below, he has written a poem about his experience of booking a cruise with the UK's No.1 Cruise Specialist.
If you're looking to book a cruise,
Take my advice on which agent to use.
When you've looked at all of the rest,
Call in at Barlborough to see the best.
Or just dial 01246 819819,
It could be quicker, save time.
Pop in for a chat, a coffee or tea,
Sit and chat, you might get an upgrade for free!!
With so many cruise lines from which to choose,
You will always win, never loose.
The agents are friendly, like a laugh.
"Would you like a cabin with a bath"?
"Where in the world would you like to go"?
"A cruise to the sun, or maybe snow"?
"A trip to the Med, or the Caribbean Sea",
"Oh! is it your Anniversary"?
"I'll check to see on that special day,
If any special benefits may come your way".
"Do you sail from Southampton, or do you fly"?
Whichever you choose you can be sure they'll try,
To get the best price for you to peruse,
And give you time to check that this cruise,
Is the one you want, the one you desire,
The one that sets your heart on fire.
You will be given time to think and decide,
If this is the ship on which to ride.
To sail from Southampton is what you say.
"You can travel down there with Eavesway".
"When you return they'll bring you home".
"After your cruise, your holiday roam".
"From now till then we'll let you know,
Of any changes from P&O".
That's their service,thats their norm.
To keep clients happy and to inform,
Them of the latest cruise information,
Whether near or far,or in another nation.
So if you've read this verse in rhyme,
It must mean that you've taken the time,
To sit down, have a drink and peruse,
The brochures and are ready to book a cruise.
This means you are at the Centre, at the Hub.
You are at The BOLSOVER CRUISE CLUB.

Wedding at Sea
Mrs Birchall from Sheffield

In October 2006, Mrs Birchall of Sheffield, witnessed her daughter and son-in-law marry onboard P&O Cruises' superliner Oceana, in a romantic ceremony performed by the Captain. On their return, she wrote us the following letter to tell us what a fabulous time they'd had;
'Dear Chris and Bolsover Cruise Club,
Thank you for helping me to organise my daughter Jill and her husband Paul's wedding cruise on board Oceana.
From our priority boarding to disembarkation we had a wonderful time. Everything we had requested was beautifully arranged and promises fulfilled. The wedding planner made contact with us soon after arriving on board to make arrangements for our first meeting, and gave us re-assurance that all was going to plan.
We had the same service from our photographer who suggested we walk around the ship to see if there was anywhere in particular we wished to be photographed and she would oblige. The options were endless.
The service to Jill's mini suite was exemplary. The day arrived and all went perfectly - wedding cake, flowers etc superb and beautifully presented.
What a wonderful way to have a worry-free wedding and honeymoon/holiday, for us all.

Thank You Letter
At Bolsover Cruise Club, our staff take pride in the high standard of service we deliver. We always enjoy reading the many letters of appreciation we receive from our valued Cruise Club members. Sales Consultant Trish recently received a thank you card from one of her clients, wishing to express her gratitude after Trish spent time resolving an issue regarding her booking.

Thank You Poem
Mr Walker from Nottinghamshire

During the month of June, we registered a new member, Mr David Walker of Worksop, Nottinghamshire, to Bolsover Cruise Club. Mr Walker came to us for help and advice on booking his first ever cruise. After visiting our Cruise Bureau at the Barlborough Links Business Park, he and his Cruise Sales Consultant found and booked his ideal cruise on board P&O's Oceana, for two weeks around the Caribbean to travel later this year.
Since confirming his Caribbean cruise, Mr Walker has recently written to us to thank us for our help and share his thoughts and experiences of booking his cruise through us and the excellent customer service he received. Below is a copy of the poem Mr Walker kindly wrote to us:
I came to the club with nothing in mind,
But Oh: the staff were so kind,
I had a coffee while collecting my thoughts,
I hoped the cost had not many noughts.
I found the holiday with so much ease,
The staff were excellent, and happy to please,
I booked a holiday for fifteen days,
With leisure to spend in so many ways.
I have never been on a cruise before,
But with the looks, there will certainly be more,
Thanks again for booking the cruise,
Just what I need to cure the blues.
