A prestigious annual awards ceremony, held on board Cunard's Queen Victoria on 9 December 2009 to commend the most successful cruise travel agents in Britain, marked 23 years at the top for Bolsover Cruise Club.

The much-coveted 'Carnival UK Cruise Awards' is a glamorous event, which recognises the outstanding achievements and significant contribution of travel agents across Britain. During this ceremony at the new Ocean Cruise Terminal in Southampton, Bolsover Cruise Club received top honours from P&O Cruises and Princess Cruises, retaining our unbeaten title as 'Top UK Independent Agent' for a staggering 23 years in succession.

General Manager Derek Wilson, along with Director Julie Straw were extremely proud to receive the two awards, which were presented by Mark Pilkington, Head of Sales at Complete Cruise Solution and Giles Hawke, Sales Director at Complete Cruise Solution.
