I was so pleased to get this message though it’s taken me so long to reply Very good to hear that Derek, Michael and Michelle are still around. It takes me back to when I went on so many cruises with my late husband, Harold (sadly he died a year ago). I think all three looked after us at various stages. I am looking forward to a cruise round the UK in August which I have booked with Lucy (I think). That will be the first time I have ever cruised on my own. Kind regards to you all.

Congratulations... and seriously I am not surprised. We have travelled on over 20 cruises during the last decade, almost always with Swan Hellenic, booking direct with them as we were friends and neighbours of the late Kenneth Swan and are still friends and neighbours of his delightful wife Marion. We have also met Carol Marlow on a number of occasions starting when she was MD of Swan Hellenic. We travelled on QM2 a few years ago booking with 1st4cruising. BUT... only because our Christmas cruise with Swan Hellenic was cancelled we are sailing on 19 December on QM2 having booked through your company Bolsover Cruise Club. Seriously, I have never received such a high level of personal service and customer care since I used to "pop over the road" to my personal travel agent, Kenneth Swan! Particularly I would like to commend Leigh for her unfailing patience and knowledge of the product. Your staff training is second to none and thank you so much for putting me, the customer, first.
