Steph has a wealth of specialist knowledge, processing new booking letters and invoices which our members receive once a booking has been made with us. Steph is always on hand to answer any after-sales queries you may have about your booking.

About Steph
I first joined Bolsover Cruise Club in March 1998 as the only person in the Administration Department when it was only a little shop in Bolsover with just six travel agents. 13 years later I am still here, although the Company has greatly expanded since then!
Sailed On:
I have sailed on the Oriana, Old Arcadia, Aurora, Oceana, Ocean Village, Voyager of the Seas and Brilliance of the Seas. I also have stayed overnight on the Queen Mary, Queen Victoria, Ventura and Azura. My favourite of them all is P&O Cruises Oriana as she is one of the smaller ships.
Favourite Destinations:
The best girly holiday I have ever had was to New York and not just for the shopping (although that was obviously amazing!). There was just so much to see and do. My favourite cruising destination has to be the Caribbean, especially Aruba and St Lucia. Closer to home my favourite is the Isle of Sark for the peace and tranquility. On my future wish list I would love to stay in an Ocean Bungalow in the Maldives... Paradise!
