Job Description:
As Reservations Supervisor, Carla is responsible for supporting her own team of Sales Consultants, providing training to ensure the team is fully equipped to do their job to our high standards of knowledge and service, as well as assisting with any queries or client issues that may arise.

I've worked at Bolsover Cruise Club for 10 years and I have recently been promoted to a Reservations Supervisor. Previously I have worked for Lunn Poly, a high street travel agent for 3 years, and prior to that I worked for P&O Cruises on board Canberra and Victoria.
Sailed On:
I've sailed extensively on various ships with most cruise lines.
Favourite Destinations:
My favourite places are New Zealand, Hawaii and closer to home the south of France and Spain, but I have to say there is no place like the UK to live.
