Job Description:
As Reservations Supervisor, Linzi is responsible for supporting his own team of Sales Consultants, providing training to ensure the team is fully equipped to do their job to our high standards of knowledge and service, as well as assisting with any queries or client issues that may arise.
Travel Experience:
About Linzi
Just in the process of buying my first house with my partner, Tom. I have worked in the travel Industry for 7 years, and at Bolsover Cruise Club for 5 years, always within the sales side of the business.
Sailed On:
I have sailed on Oceana and Ventura, both with P&O Cruises. I have also sailed on Braemar with Fred Olsen. I have stayed overnight on board Arcadia, and also been on a ship visit to Silversea's Silver Cloud.
Favourite Destinations:
I would have to say my two favourite destinations are New York and also Grand Turk in the Caribbean. I haven't sailed to New York or visited New York as part of a cruise itinerary, but wouldn't rule that out as I love the place - plenty of shopping and attractions, and great nightlife!! Grand Turk on the other hand is quite the opposite, stunning scenery beautiful beaches... pure paradise!
