Job Description:
Wendy's role involves looking after the day to day issues of running a busy sales floor, and as Customer Services Manager she is responsible for resolving any pre-cruise issues our clients may have.

About Wendy
Married for seven years to John. I've worked in the travel industry for nine years all at Bolsover Cruise Club. I started in Administration, progressed to Sales, promoted to Team Leader and then on to Customer Services Manager. Before this I've always worked in Customer Services roles which helps considerably with my roles here.
Sailed On:
I have only sailed on Oriana, original Adonia, Braemar, QE2, Norwegian Jewel (twice), Arcadia, Ventura (twice), Independence of the Seas, Crystal Symphony, Hebridean Spirit, and I'm shortly due to sail on Norwegian Epic, Liberty of the Seas & Aurora. I have visited Queen Mary, Queen Elizabeth, NCL Epic, Freedom of the Seas, MSC Musica, Carnival, and Silver Spirit. You could say my husband and I quite like cruising!!!!
Favourite Destinations:
One of my favourite destinations is actually UK based, Cornwall & Devon. However, when it comes to cruising my favourite so far has to be Canada & New England with Crystal and ending in my favourite city New York for three nights. My Husband loved the fact we were somewhere different everyday - and I loved the shopping!!!
