With an excellent range of quality cruise operators on sale and her own personal experience of cruising, Lauren will confidently recommend products to match your requirements and offer advice. Lauren will continue to assist you throughout your booking journey.

About Lauren
After leaving higher education with a National Diploma in Performing Arts, NVQ levels 2 & 3 in Customer Service, and an NVQ level 3 in Supervisory Skills, I joined Thomson Holidays on the high street. I was there for five years and worked my way up to the Management Team. Then in July 2005 I left to join the No.1 Cruise Specialist, Bolsover Cruise Club! Six years on... I'm still here!! With my knowledge, resources and training it helps to provide all my clients with good customer service. I am efficient in my job role and this is proven with the customer loyalty I have. The saying "first impressions count" plays an important role when a customer calls me to make an enquiry, and I always display professional customer service skills as this is shown to the customer at the very first point of contact.
Sailed On:
I have sailed on various cruise lines and they're all different from one another.The ships I have sailed on and been lucky to have experienced are; Queen Victoria, Queen Mary 2, NCL Jade, NCL Jewel, Arcadia, Oriana, Oceana, Ocean Village, and Fred Olsen's Balmoral. Later this year I will be sailing aboard Celebrity Equinox to the Eastern Mediterranean, then my colleague Jay and I are boarding the re-vamped Grand Princess for a short 3 night cruise, followed by a winter cruise to the Caribbean aboard P&O Cruises Ventura!
Favourite Destinations:
I really do love the Caribbean and cruising is the best way to experience this as you visit many different ports. I have travelled to many places in the world, with Thailand "the land of smiles" being one of my favourites and the famous hustle bustle of "New York city" is also a firm favourite. If it was up to me I would be on holiday all the time!
